The church, based in Southern California had hit a growth plateau and the leadership was looking for fresh thinking about how to break through the barrier. I began meeting with the board and the senior leadership team to start identifying core issues.

My multi-year partnership with the church has consisted of a blend of long-range planning and monthly onsite consulting with the senior leadership team.
One of the significant changes that has recently been implemented is the addition of a third service, which has unlocked growth in attendance and service across the ministry. The board and the staff are aligned around a clearly defined ministry plan, and there’s fresh energy being directed toward the crafting of a ten-year vision.
