Below are free resources that I encourage you to download and try out in your coaching relationships and team environments. All of the PDFs will require Acrobat Reader 9.0 or above to be able to fill in the field boxes.
Coaching Scorecard
This resource is a tool that can be introduced into a coaching relationship for regular reporting on action steps and follow-up. The tool was created as a PDF file that has fields that can be easily manipulated or changed. Once the coachee has filled out the scorecard, he can send it to his coach before the next coaching appointment.

This resource is a tool that can be introduced into any reporting relationship. Direct reports fill out the weekly check-in at the beginning of the week and email it to their supervisor.
Project Management Check-in
This resource is a tool that was created to enable an individual to track multiple tasks at the same time. When a job or role has a number of moving parts, this tool enables everything to be put on one page and is color-coded for status updates. It also can be a great reporting tool in a supervisory relationship.
