Why Consulting

Strategic conversations for leadership teams can be enhanced by having someone outside of the organization guiding the process. Consultations ensure that blindspots are exposed, breakthrough thinking is stimulated, clarity is gained, and significant decisions are wrestled with. My role is not to provide “all the answers” but rather to facilitate discovery and clarity amongst a team.
